Our Vision: Our vision is to be a leading department that trains innovative and professional nurses who will guide the nursing discipline at national and international levels to improve the health of individuals, families, and communities.

Program Outcomes of the Nursing Department:
- Provides compassionate, holistic, dignity-respecting, empathetic, environmentally and culturally sensitive care in line with the nursing process to promote, maintain, and improve health.
- Performs ethical and safe nursing practice guided by professional standards.
- Adopts evidence-based and innovative practices in nursing care and participates in scientific research.
- Embraces lifelong learning, creative thinking, and critical thinking as an integral part of the nursing profession and personal development.
- Utilizes informatics and care technologies in nursing practices.
- Demonstrates leadership and collaboration within intra- and/or interdisciplinary teams by using effective communication skills in nursing education, management, practice, and research.
- Plans nursing care effectively and follows international health literature using at least one foreign language.
