- She or He uses effective interdisciplinary/interdisciplinary communication and collaboration skills in nursing education, management, practice, and/or research.
- She or He uses nursing education, practice, research, and/or management by accessing evidence-based theoretical knowledge in nursing and other disciplines.
- She or He provides safe, competent, compassionate, ethical, holistic, environmentally, and culturally sensitive nursing care to individuals, families, groups, and society in order to develop, maintain and improve health.
- She or He leads to individualized, safe, quality nursing care.
- She or He contributes individually to the development of the nursing discipline with research-based and evidence-based studies.
